DESCRIPTION:We are happy to invite our members to the Research Challenge Sweden finals on February 19th. \nThis year marks our 11th consecutive year hosting this global challenge led by the CFA Institute for university students. We’re excited to hold the finals at Mentimeter on February 19\, starting at 16:00. \nThe finalist teams will present their research on Hemnet to a panel of experienced finance professionals. The CFA Institute Research Challenge is an annual global equity research competition that provides university students with hands-on mentoring and in-depth financial analysis training. \nAll members are welcome to attend the finals event at Mentimeter\, which will be followed by celebratory drinks. DESCRIPTION:The sixth edition of the Nordic Investment Conference returns as a flagship gathering for the Nordic investment community\, hosted by CFA Society Sweden in close collaboration with CFA Society Denmark / The Danish Finance Society\, CFA Society Finland\, and CFA Society Norway. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are pleased to present the programme for the 2026 CFA Nordic Investor Conference: The Forces Defining the Nordic’s Future. The conference brings together an exceptional group of leaders whose work directly shapes the forces most relevant to investors today\, from European security and geopolitics to markets\, capital allocation\, and decision-making. \nThe conference is structured as a journey: four acts that move from the external forces and key transitions to the tools investors need to navigate them. The acts build on each other. \nThe day begins with forces largely outside an investor’s control: Act I – External threats include thoughts about defence\, resources and geopolitical disorder. Act II then moves to the arguably two most critical structural transitions that are rapidly reshaping entire industries: Climate and AI. After lunch\, Act III gets granular: valuations\, demographics\, and the problem of bad information dressed up as insight. The day closes with leadership: Act IV is less about the world\, more about the person navigating it\, with a focus on leaving the audience with fewer illusions and more actionable tools. \nThe conference will feature a full-day\, premium agenda ending with a cocktail reception. Each session is thoughtfully designed to deliver insight\, relevance\, and inspiration from a select group of leading voices.
