With teams based in London and Brussels\, he leads the effort in researching and commenting on the major trends that affect the investment management industry and changes to the profession and policy and regulatory developments. The positions taken on these issues and the published research pieces are meant to promote the fundamental principles upheld by the CFA Institute\, that of investor protection\, professional ethics\, and market integrity. Fines joined the CFA Institute in March 2019 after a 15-year career in investment management\, spanning research\, portfolio management\, product management\, and regulatory compliance work at firms based in Paris and London. Before joining CFA Institute\, he was head of Risk and Compliance at Rothschild & Co. in London for the private equity and private debt division. \n  \nUrav Soni is currently an Affiliate of the Research and Policy Center at CFA Institute. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a master of science degree in applied economics and a bachelor of arts degree in politics and economics from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. The training aims to build sustainable well-being and performance with biometric devices to track progress. Daniel is a former professional tennis player and Wall Street trader. He has worked with professional tennis and football players\, coaches\, management\, and clubs in the Premier League\, a national team\, EFL Championship\, Dutch Eredivisie\, La Liga\, and Serie A\, as well as high-performing business people. \nCo-host of The Oxygen Advantage podcast. \n  \n\n  \n \n  \nCharles Watford is an executive vice president and portfolio manager in the London office\, focusing on high-yield and multi-sector credit opportunities. He is a member of the diversified income\, high yield\, and credit research teams. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2007\, Mr. Watford was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley. He has 21 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oxford. \n  \n\n  \nAmit Goel is the Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity Funds -India Focus Fund and of Fidelity’s India funds domiciled in Australia andKorea. He is also the co-manager of the Fidelity Funds –Emerging Markets Fund. Amit has 15years of investment experience and is currently based in Singapore. Amit joined Fidelity in January 2006 as a research specialist based in Gurgaon covering India equities. In April 2008\, he moved to Fidelity’s Mumbai office when he was promoted to become a full-time analyst covering Indian equities. In this role\, Amit covered several Indian equity sectors\, including IT\, healthcare\, consumer\, automobiles\, materials and small-caps equities. \n  \n \n  \nWe look forward to seeing you there!
