Setting a higher standard

CFA Society Sweden has a Vision to become the leading organization in setting and maintaining the highest Ethical and Professional standards in the Swedish investment community. The obvious first step according to us is to ensure that our members adhere to CFA Institute Code of Ethics, Standards of Professional Practices and Standards of Professional Conduct. To that end we require all Members to submit a yearly Member’s Agreement and Professional Conduct Statement.

Regular & Affiliate Members − Member’s Agreement and Professional Conduct Statements are collected by CFA Institute in Charlottesville, VA, USA.

Local & Candidate Members – Member’s Agreement and Professional Conduct Statements are collected by CFA Society Sweden.

Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct

The benchmark for professional conduct for investment professionals around the globe. As a CFA Institute member, CFA Program candidate, or CIPM Program candidate, you are required to follow the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (Code and Standards).
