Minter Dial is a professional speaker, author and elevator, specialized in leadership, branding and transformation.

An agent of change who has exercised twelve different métiers and moved country fifteen times, he’s the author of the WWII story, The Last Ring Home as well as three business books: Futureproof, Heartificial Empathy and You Lead.

Marc Preiser joined Fidelity in April 2022 as Portfolio Manager for the Direct Lending Fund. Prior to joining Fidelity, Marc served as Senior Advisor to Next Wave Partners, a lower mid-market private equity firm, working with Next Wave to reposition its portfolio and pursue a hybrid credit strategy. Marc has worked at and held senior roles across several European financial institutions including BNP Paribas and Credit Lyonnais.
